I'm now an AWS Community Builder
I’m happy to announce that I just received an invite to join the AWS Community Builder community. I’m really looking forward to meet the community and deepening (and share) my knowledge around AWS and especially the Serverless parts, which is the group I will be part of.
What is the AWS Community Builder program?
If you are not familiar with the Community Builder program, here is the official description listed on the AWS Community Builder page.
Official description on AWS
The AWS Community Builders program offers technical resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities to AWS technical enthusiasts and emerging thought leaders who are passionate about sharing knowledge and connecting with the technical community.
Interested AWS builders should apply to the program to build relationships with AWS product teams, AWS Heroes, and the AWS community.
Throughout the program, AWS subject matter experts will provide informative webinars, share insights — including information about the latest services — as well as best practices for creating technical content, increasing reach, and sharing AWS knowledge across online and in-person communities. The program will accept a limited number of members per year. All AWS builders are welcome and encouraged to apply.
What will I do?
The Community Builder program is split into different categories with each covering a different domain or aspect of cloud computing on AWS. I will part of the Serverless group, which is wonderful since I am an absolute fan of building serverless cloud solutions. This means that most of my content posted here will be focused on this topic.
I am really looking forward to the next 12 months, and I promise I’ll be back with some serverless content in the near future.
